For Category 2 inverter-based resources (wind, solar, storage), we now support O&P task templates covering applicable standards including IRO, MOD, TOP, VAR, and PRC.

IBR Registration Initiative
NERC’s Inverter-Based Resources (IBR) Registration Initiative is nearing completion in May 2026, fulfilling the FERC-directed effort launched in 2023 to bring previously unregistered IBR owners and operators into scope.
