Kicking off with a banger... policy document management

Finally - doc management tailored to NERC. Plus tips on not letting your good intentions quietly fail in 2026
Whether you like to set measurable goals, intentions or just wing it - we hope your 2026 resolutions are off to a good start. It can be difficult to make meaningful progress towards your goals when you're unsure about the next step to take. And when it’s hard to track progress.
We know this is especially true of compliance programs. So many moving pieces across so many teams and locations! It's impossible to keep your head above water when you're chasing around disconnected spreadsheets, emails checklists, worrying about the next audit or incident.
Luckily, you don't need to go at this alone. We are here to bring greater clarity to your work day and long term goals.

Policy Engine revamp!
Our customers told us that document management can be a nightmare for NERC CIP. It’s hard to store docs securely, track versions, prove CIP Senior Manager review, track which assets are assigned, organize related evidence, distribute to personnel and link to task lists.
The Policy Engine in Raptor Comply solves these problems. Upload existing policies, programs and/or plans, assign control centers and/or facilities, make any edits, assign to CIP Senior Manager for review and approval, and start auto-tracking related tasks and evidence.

The matrix view provides at-a-glance insight into coverage across your fleet:

Then upload supporting evidence and BCSI associated directly with a policy document and/or NERC standard.
If you're dealing with any of the above pain points or want to hear how we’re thinking about the roadmap, let's talk about your cost and time saving potential.
Industry Update ⚡️
NERC's 2025-2026 Winter Reliability Assessment
This year's report warns that prolonged, wide-area extreme cold events could drive electricity shortfalls due to rising winter demand, fuel supply constraints for natural-gas generation, and increasing reliance on batteries and variable resources.
The report highlights risk from gas-electric coordination challenges and stresses the importance of cold-weather preparedness and fuel assurance as demand grows faster than new capacity.
